Variety of corn with a high content of Antoxianins, free of impurities, molds and weed seeds.

Purple corn has gained singular importance as an antioxidant due to its high content of anthocyanins and can be used to control high blood pressure. These effects suggest that anthocyanins exhibit interesting antioxidant properties and could, therefore, represent a promising class of compounds useful in the treatment of pathologies.
